Voice2Text MR Reports

Welcome to MR-AudioScribe, the Voice to Text MRI report generation tool configured using 'Gemini'.

Step 1: Record the audio file using any 'Audio Recorder App'. (A good generic audio recorder app is given below to try for Android phones.) But then you can use any audio recording tool or app.

Make sure the essential details such as Name, Age, Sex, MRI Part, clinical indication and just the positive imaging findings are included in the audio file. Even Impression is not needed.

Step 2: Click MR-AudioScribe. Upload the audio-file using the + symbol in the gemini interface. Choose photos & videos option if audio file input is not explicitly shown. (the audio file will be in the mobile device memory). 

Initially just the 'Clean Transcript' is generated.

It will prompt for any additional findings that was missed. This can be added at this stage. Otherwise just type 'Ok'.

The final output can be copied or exported as google docs (which can then be shared as pdf).

As of now, in Google Gemini free tier, there could be some limitations on the number of reports that one can generate per day.
